All court bookings are handled directly through the Playtomic app. If you plan to play frequently, we highly recommend one of our Memberships. Members receive discounts on activities & classes and private coaching, FREE court bookings, first access to events & merch launches and much more.

I have never played padel before and don't own a racket. Can I still play?

You do not need to own a racket or have any prior experience to get started. We offer high-quality racket rentals at our front desk for £Price/session. The best way to start is by booking an Introduction to Padel Session or our 4-week fast-track course via the Playtomic app.

What is your cancellation policy if I cannot make my game?

You can cancel a court booking directly in the Playtomic app up to 48 hours before your scheduled time to receive a potential refund or club credit. If you play regularly, consider upgrading to a our Membership, which grants you a 14-day priority booking window so you never miss out on peak court times.

Do you offer coaching to help me improve my technique?

Yes, we have a professional coaching team ready to help you elevate your game. We offer 1-on-1, 2-on-1 and Group (Up to 4 players) private coaching with LTA certified pros tailored to all skill levels. We also host group clinics, women-only ShePlays sessions, and FREE Kids Sessions for children under 12 years old.

I am looking for competitive play or social mix-ins. What do you offer?

We host a wide variety of activities to suit every play style, including laid-back morning matchplay through our Early Bird Socials. For more competitive players, we run fast-paced Weekend Americano tournaments with rotating partners. We also feature dedicated women-only ShePlays sessions that focus on technique in a welcoming environment. All of these can be booked instantly on the Playtomic app.
